The ceilings in this church’s foyer, toilet room and dining area had significant water damage and mould growth.
We began by washing down all the mould-affected ceilings and cutting out the damaged sections. These were repaired with fibreglass plaster repair tape, then built back up with plaster, sanding and refilling between coats until the surface was smooth. Once fully dry, we applied Wattyl High Adhesive primer followed by three coats of Solver Maxi Flat ceiling white.
The job took four days from start to finish, and the church management were delighted with the result.
